Lied about a deferment to get money!

I was reading some of the lies and misleading things that have been done by this company, or should i say customer service reps. I was on a disability leave from my job in Jan., however i did not get paid until the end of Feb., I called and spoke with a customer service rep and he advised me that i could get a deferment for the Jan payment and told me to pay $410 which is my regular monthly payment, then in march my statement was still showing a past due for $417 included with late fee, i called again and spoke with another customer service rep that told me they didn't offer deferment payments and that i need to pay the past due and what was due for march to get up to date... While i was on here reading other people stories, a guy that posted his story on here did get a deferment, and now i am wondering why the last guy i spoke with in march told me that they didn't offer them!!! It was a hardship at that time and i could have faxed them proof from my job that i was not paid at that time... This is not a new loan and i have been paying on time since i got the car 2 years ago!!! It just goes to show what kind of people you have to call in a time of need and you get lies!!!
