Ripoff shady 20% restocking bs not mentioned takes forever to ship

Placed my order over a weekend in mid Nov. And was told I could pick it up the following Thursday. Well, Thursday came around and I called in - no product yet. Was told it would arrive the following Tuesday. Waited till Tuesday, called in, and GUESS WHAT - Product didn't arrive yet! Was told it would be ready by FRIDAY at the latest.

By then, I already had it with them and wanted to cancel my order since I'd save the time and go buy my item (spark plug wires for my car) from a different store, which costs a few bucks more, but got it the next day. Anyways, I tried calling and everytime I called I got a lady saying the person who's in charged of canceling orders isn't in or out to lunch, or busy on the other line, or other lame excuses. So I asked her if I could just email sales@standres.com to cancel and she said that's fine to. I emailed that address - few days later no response, so I fired up another email.

Well, almost four weeks later they said my item has arrived and is ready for pickup. I told them I wanted to cancel this order a few weeks ago. They told me they never received the cancelation notice. Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee, which is some utter BS they made up on the spot since their website (through which I placed my order) doesn't mention anything about restocking fees.

Stay away from this company! They are crooks and are shady!
