"Fluffing of a credit application"

I am writing this on the behalf of my friend Ms. Moore. It sarted with a recall at a local Dealership. Ms. Moore does'nt make alot of money, so to her it was a repair for free. Her fully paid for, 1999 Siverado was finished, a sales person, Mike Nelson had picked her up, at her home in a new 2008 Siverado, instead of the courtesy driver. She mentioned that she loved the truck but she couldn't afford it, relying on her recieving SSI.

The Sales person Mike Nelson called her everyday, for a week until she thought she could stop the calls by just looking at the trucks.

Ms. Moore, suffers from Bi-Polar, Depression, and Dependant Personality.
She recieves SSI for the mental disability, from the government.
She is visably marked through conversation and decision making.

When she arrived at the dealership "Friendly Chevrolet", April 26th, she was greeted by Mike Nelson. He pressured and conviced her in three (3) hours, that she could afford a "Leased Truck" and he would gladly take her 1999 Siverado, fully paid (one of her two assests), excellent condition and low miles, and put her in a new 2008 "leased" Siverado.

This seemed to good to be true for Ms. Moore as she has never made a major decision on her own and Mike Nelson told her she could.

Ms. Mooore told the Finance Manager, Joe Dennis, that she only made $557. P/m SSI, and $300-400 as special work. She never stated her bills. The dealership submitted a credit application with false income and expenses to convince her she could "afford" the lease.

The next day he tried to return the truck also get back her truck, within 18 hours after it was explained by a friend, what had happen to her. The sales manager, Ben Hirschl "refused" quoting "A contract is a contract, if she was more disabled they would consider it, so bring some proof.
The dealership, "Friendly Chevrolet" said she had buyers remorse giving an explination to the A.G. Of Washington State case #316932 dated June 9th. The case has been reopend after contacting GMAC Finance and discovering the Forged and Frauduantly submitted credit application.

Let me explain this: A dealership "Friendly Chevrolet" preys on a mentally disabled persons' SSI Income, lying on a credit application, knowing that they are stealing her previous truck and giving her a choice to live in the truck or home, by "leasing". She can't have both. When she can't afford the truck, they reclaim the truck and sell it again, for profit including the profit they made off her previous truck. There was no negotiationfor the truck, they loaded the new truck with warranties and insurance, and asked for another $750. From Ms. Moore, wiping out her savings from SSI. Does that spell "FRIENDLY" or what???

Rick Andersen is the owner of the dealership, he is also a member of the Rotary #8, Tacoma and an avid corvette club member. He has refused to help Ms. Moore, knowing of her situation and troubles. What a "freindly" person.
