Ripoff and robbery Seattle Washington

I spent money on what I thought was a Great warranty and had checked it out with my local car dealer service manager (John) at the time (Sidney Ford in Ohio) who said it was a good plan.

About three months ago I found out that the plan is not worth the paper it is written on. I contacted my credit card companies that I charged the plan to First USA Visa did the right thing and gave me a refund on the charges that went on that card. However American Express told me no and that they do not issue refunds and gave me a run around (their customer service is non existent Visa refunded AMEX gave excuses)

Advice to other vicitims Call your credit cards Fruad depoartment (unless you have amex then you might as well write it off) File a complaint and send in copies of everything you have.

If Your card company refuses then cancel it.

There are also several lawsuits against this company, sign on to them.
