I regret ever buying my car from here

So I bought a 2002 cougar on04/06 from lORENZO at cactus jack like barley two months ago. Within like a month I started to feel the car a little weird, after taking it to get it checked with Two mechanics they told me alot of things were wrong. Major things too like the shocks motor mounts and the transmision is so messed up! The mechanic told me I was lucky not to have been in soom kinda accident that the transmision is just swinging in there. I went to talk to the dealership and told them about it, the so called "mechanic" Fransisco said he couldn't do anything about it because it was out of warranty.

Yes i understood that whole warranty deal but this car has so many things wrong its rediculous to pay so much to fix and still be making payments... The mechanic said they could check it but i would have to pay for that and whatever was to be fixed, I told him I had already paid to get it checked TWICE!!! He was all smiling like he wanted to laugh. Fransisco tells me they can't do anything because I signed the papers and that he had nothing to do with that, that it was the sales person responsibility then I said then I'll talk to Lorenzo and he said no he can't do nothing about it!

I told him yeah I know I was buying a used car and all but at no time did anyone tell me it was a piece of crap! He just shrugged his shoulders and leaned against the counter. This guy Fransisco was all moody and didn't even care. I told him I did not want them to ckeck it, why would I pay again so they can tell me what I already Know. He also said they don't deal with maintnence because I told hom my spark plugs, wires and fuel filter needed to be replaced and the power steeringfluid. Can any one tell me how can a dealership mechanic not deal with all those kinds of things.

These people have no hearts I told them (I say them because honestly I was beyond mad so I was yelling) that how can the be selling cars that are gonna break down at any second. Also my sister bought a car there a while back and they didn't let her test drive anything untill she had paper work done but while I was there they let a customer that went in test drive a truck!

Please DO NOT buy from them they are not safe and they have to be stopped!!! They are not taking us serious at all. I really hope some one any one does something about it.
