These people are a joke. They are sham artist. I was at the lot for almost 8 hours on 6/7. I told them what I could and could not afford to pay. I spoke to 10 different people and finally I was out with a car right? Well, almost 2 weeks later I'm told they can't verify my employment or home phone? Whatever? They had a copy of my phone bill and you have to go to the website and can't call over the phone verify employment.

They asked me to come in because the bank that was going to finance wouldn't since they could not verify this info. I went in and here we go again they asked for more money. Now, I'm upset because when I went there and tried to give them $1000 and a trade in they would only take $500 and said keep your trade. So, now that I paid bills with the other $500, they want it. I would not recommend anyone go here, because they will try and try to wear you down so they can make as big a profit as possible. My rating for this business would be a double negative zero, if that's possible.

My friend has drove me over to the car lot and by some strange chance she had gotten a car from them a week ago. She asked if she could trade and get the car she really wanted. Patrick said sure, for some reason he could not tell her the price and told her to come back the next day.

Mean while I trying to get my refund because I did not have $1250 to give after about 2 hours I was told the accountaing office was closed and I had to leave the car and come back the next day for for check.

I called the next day and went around and around no one that I spoke to was available. All the managers are in a meeting. I kept calling and was told How do we know your check has cleared? Fax a copy and be hear before 4PM. I told them I had to run and errand and I could pull up my bank info and they could get a copy. After about sitting there almost an hour to show them it cleaedr and them getting a copy I got my check and was out.

When I was leaving my friend was driving in smiling thinking she was going to be able to switch cars. She found out they wanted her to pay $3500! And then she would have to change from her galant she was driving and could not get the chrsyler 300, but a hyundai accent or sonata! She got her refund check and left.

No one should go looking for a car, drive it for a week or two then find out they need to pay more money or get a cheaper car. This ordeal makes me feel like I have been violated in the worse way. I feel like I should be at the ER asking them to do a rape kit on me.

Hyundai of North Jacksonville or Premier Auto Group, which ever they are using will never see me or any of my friends. I use to be a collection supervisor of credit cards and auto and a student of physcology. I am well aware of how to make a person feel like you are doing them a favor or making the best deal for them in the long run.

Buying a car should not be like you are preparing to take the bar exam to become the best attorney there is, When I left I felt like I should have been paid for a full day at work! If you live in this city think more than twice before going here and when you see there tv spot turn it off!
