Made a used car sale deal and did a contract and then wanted more money after contract was signed Scottsdale Arizona

Well I was out car shopping and decided to stop in at Scottsdale Hyundai spoke to a sales men we talked made a deal on a 2003 Gray Hyundai Sonata they told me that I had to put $1,250.00 down I told them that I has $1,000.00 right now and could right a check for $ 250.00 and bring it tomorrow which would be Sunday. They agreed to let me take the car home, in which I did and I came back on Sunday around Noon and brought them the check that I said I would. How ever 2 weeks later I get a call from Brian the Finance Manager saying that I have to put another $1,000.00 down at this point I asked him why, he said the bank will not give us our check until another $1000.00 is put down on the car. I had told Brian well I have already put $1250.00 down and it is going to be hard to come up with another $1000.00 right now. He then came and said that there is only $1000.00 down on the car right now. He wanted to know where I came up with additional $ 250.00 I told him that I had to write a check for $295.00 you guys charged me $ 45.00 for detailing the car (which I have nevered paid for detailing usually they have always did it for free for just buying the car from other dealerships) and $250.00 for the other part of the down payment. He began to tell me no no no that was for the window tint, I began to say I never asked for window tent, he said do you have your windows tinted I said yea, he said its not free, I said again I nevered asked and the windows were alreay tinted before I even looked at the car. So we argued back and forth for a little while and then I told him I was going to bring the car back and I want my $1295.00 back, he said some cus words and called me nasty names and said you f*en bring back the car or I am going to report it stolen I told him oh no worries I am bring it back. I then called the police asked some questions had my father follow me up there so I can take the car back and get my money back. When I arrived he said you have to sign this paper so I can give you your cash back so I did and he gave me check for only a $ 1000.00 I asked him what about the other $295.00 he said well you had the car and you used did you and put mileage on it, you owe us something for using it. So I never received my other protion of my cash. Never Never Never Buy A Car from SCOTTSDALE HYUNDAI THEY ARE LYIERS, CHEATERS, AND NOT A GOOD BUSINESS TO BUY ANYTHING FROM I would not even buy cow sh*t from them.
