I was Riped Off By HARLEY DAVIDSON The American Ledgend!

In 2005 I purchased a 2006 first year model VRSCR made by Harley Davidson, after putting less than 5000 miles and a few months later the began to fall apart and it was in the shop a number if times and the problem was not resolved. It got to the point that i felt unsafe to ride the motorcycle and after spending a number of hours on the phone with Customer Service I got no where. This company didn't stand behind there product, there answer was to replace parts with after market parts and they would only warranty the bike until the 1 year was up. After about 6 months I gave up and tried to get my money back and they refused to do so then tried to trade it in on a older Harley Davidson Motorcycle of lesser value and the dealer wouldn't have of it, (they didn't even want it unless I put up more money) so the Motorcycle sat in my garage for months until I was so sick of looking at it (I was afraid that it would fall apart while I was ridding it) and it was when I found a crack on a weld joint that I decided to get rid of it at no matter what cost. At just under a year of having it I found a Kawasaki dealership that was willing to take it in as a trade on a USED NINJA. A few Moths passed (about 9) and I received a RECALL notice on the Harley Davidson VRSCR warning me to return the bike due to the very same problems I was had with the Motorcycle. I feel Riped off by the AMERICAN LEGEND Harley Davidson Company. As far as I m concerned they build JUNK and since then I have sold my other Harley Davidson Motorcycle for about half of what I paid for it 4 years after the purchase. Purchase at your own RISK!
