Ted Wiens Tire Shop
Unbelievable they make me wait 2 1/2 hrs then tell me they don't want my business

Unbelievable, I stopped into Ted Wiens on E. Warm Springs Rd. And told them that I had two used tires that still had 15,000 miles left on them and that I would like them put on my vehicle and also I would like them to align the vehicle. They said no problem sign a work order and have a seat and it will be around two hours before its done. I did exactly that, then over two hours later a woman working there different than the person I originally started with calls me to the front desk where she works and said we don't want to put these tires on because they are wore somewhat. I said to her they have over 15,000 miles left on them and I cannot see why you didn't tell me this up front two hours ago. So I went along with her and said then just go ahead and do the alignment for me. Then thirty minutes later she called me up again and said that they didn't want to align my front end because the tires were wore.

I stopped into the store before I brought the tires to them and they assured me they could change the tires and they also said they could do the alignment but then after making me drive home and get the tires and then drive all the way back and then making me wait over two hours they didn't want to do anything for me. The funny thing is I was dressed pretty ratty when I went in there and I could see they didnt even want to help me but little do they know that one of my best friends owns a very large company in town and does alot of business with Ted Wiens and when I told him what happened he said I could call down and tell them that he will stop doing business with them since they treated me so bad but he said better yet lets just stop doing business with them and let them figure out who they screwed over. I cannot believe what a bunch stupid people Ted Wiens has working for him and my friend that does a very large amount of business recently has had some situations that were very unpleasant at Ted Wiens. This will be great to see a very large account of Ted Wiens will no longer be doing business with them because of the ignorant people that he has working for him. What a bunch of idiots.
