Harassment of References and Lying About "Deals"

I purchased a vehicle and Drive Financial was the company that was given to me. I guess I knew in my gut that it was a bad company. First, I was told that my due date changed from the end of the month to a few days before. Then, I realized that my payments weren't going down. I then moved but my phone numbers stayed the same so calling me was not an issue for them. When they finally called, which was constantly (every 30 mins.), the representatives were rude and indignant. I tried to be reasonable and tell them my situation but they refused. We finally came to an agreement on what I can pay and what they would accept, I ended up paying an additional $1200 and none of it was applied towards the balance of the loan! I then started questioning that issue and got nowhere.

This company is living foul and someone, somewhere knows it. Thanks.
