Items Stolen from Checked Luggage

On April 27th, after returning property to get a Nature Airlines flight from Foot. Myers, FL, I came across (2) Designer Bags were lacking from my luggage. I instantly named Spirit Airlines to record it but after 4 hrs of holding I eventually quit. I subsequently sent them-and from Mon-Friday I continuously named them-but no one answers the telephone. I eventually got a delivered ask Friday and was informed I had a need to complete a "Pilfered Product type" that they stated they'd send immediately. I acquired that on Thursday after repeated calls. I delivered the finished form with the necessary info via registered email. It had been mentioned within the type that something over $50 should have a bill, that we attempted to challenge. The Instructor bag was $158 and also the Vera Bradley was $44. Following a handful of months, I acquired a notice stating my state was refused because of "no bills". Obviously I tried calling but wound up faxing a notice informing them the Vera Bradley bag was underneath the $50 necessity with no bill and that I might would really like that compensation. This week I obtained a notice stating I had been granted $29.48 whilst the bag had decreased (it had been per month previous) and also the interesting component was... There is no check closed. Therefore off went still another fax by which I told them-they had mastered how to not spend guests for pilfered goods. The characters I Have obtained weren't authorized plus they don't have any telephone or fax numbers in it. I wait to determine what happens next. Dated 6/20/08
