Transfered 20 000 USD for bikes, but never sent them, but kept the money

Monster Customs Ltd our company is a small Hungarian company. We were buying used bikes from Magno De Barros in 2006. He was using CustomMotionBikes as a company name, but we don't even know if this company ever existed. We wire transfer the money to his personal bank account. The first orders went fine, but the last one when we sent 20 000 USD he did not send what we ordered. He received the money, we can prove it with bank statements, but he did not send the bikes. We asked the money back, but he never sent. We called several times to ask for our money, but he did not respond. Did not respond the phone calls, did not respond e-mails. We can not do too much, because we are running our small family business in Hungary and everybody has a full time job in the company besides the bike shop. 20 000 dollars is a lot of money for a small business like ours, and we would like to get it back. We know where Magno De Barros works but from Hungary we are helpless.
