I ordered a bike for Christmas, for my kid, and found out Best Bikes is telling people they have bikes in stock when they do not. It seems to be a total scam. How can Best Bikes USA sell bikes that they don't have and then jack people around by not returning calls and lying to people? The outfit is the worse run company I have ever done business with. Stay away from these guys at all cost if you don't want to get burnt.
