Fraudelent seller, selling items they dont have, stole $240.00 police investigating

IN feb 08 i purchased an item from racers dreams on ebay, they took my $240., never sent the item and ignor my requests for a refund for 4 months so far. This person or company seems to still be selling items it does not have or cannot get. Just common thieves. I have filed a police report w/OCSD, they indicate failure to deliver, fraud, use of a computer to commit a crime
