Don't buy from these crooks

I got screwed by Legion Global. I bought a 250 cc scooter that runs like crap, the front end wobbles and it is unsafe to drive. I bought a 6 mth warranty parts and labour, and they won't honour it. Do NOT buy anything from these crooks. My scooter is unsafe to ride, and the damage in shipping and the replacement part promised never arrived after 5 calls to them. They will call you back and blow you off. No call, no product, they should burn in *! I'm just screwed out of $2000. Any advice on what I can do?
