Price of diesel way higher than what mapquest said it was

Utilizing mapquest to obtain costs on diesel, patchogue gulf got up 2 times in AROW at$4.80 agallon for diesel. I went 9miles to obtain there, 18 miles round-trip, and also the cost was$5.29.9. I talked towards the supervisor and confirmed him the mapquest document declaring the $4.80 cost for diesel and he simply appears at me and claims oh well. What the is my phrase, is that this the way the customer is permitted to get scammed???
