While detailing my vehicle CarFinders got the coils wet causing the vehicle to shake and the 'have engine serviced soon' light to come on. I took it to my mechanic, he dried the coils. CarFinders admits they caused it but doesn't want to reimburse me the cost of the repair. Never mind the inconvenience and missed time from work.
