1998 Olds 88. Mechanically diagnosed as a blown engine by 2 service personnel at Yeomans. Price to repair was quoted as $2700.00 for a used engine or $5300.00 for a new engine.
Had the vehicle towed to another mechanic who repaired the vehicle for $500 and replaced the blown intake manifold, the battery, and the injectors.

Integrity was compromised, professionalism questioned, added cost for towing, increased delay in use of the vehicle, price gouging, inept training, and faulty diagnosis.
