The abused my car and blew up my transmission

DAS is the worst shipper in the nation. They have had 336 complaints in just the last 36 months. I wish I would have known this before they blew up my car.

The car was dropped off and Birmingham Towing as instructed by DAS. Before the seller of the car left the lot he saw the owner of Birmingham Towings son pull the hood pins on this fully restored 1964 Ford Galaxie, pop the hood and check out the motor and then the idiot gets in the car and starts revving it to 6000 rpms.

Long story made short the car showed up in Phoenix with 45 extra undocumented miles and a blown transmission. The owner of Birmingham Towing admitted to breaking the DAS policy by his son's molesting of the car but DAS still refuses to fix the car.

Also, they state they have proof there was no extra miles put on the car but I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SEE IT. What proof I wonder. I saw the car when it showed up and there was 45 extra miles.

This is a horrible company with tons of complaints on every BBB, website and attorney general office.
