Complete Scam ripoff New Jersey

I wish I had accessed your web site before contracting with Dependable (Not) Auto Shippers. My son attended UNLV in Las Vegas last semester. I contracted with a company called AAA Transport to transport his car to Vegas from Ohio. That cost me $950 - $150 is the brokerage fee for AAA Transport. The car arrived within 6 days and in perfect condition.

My son transferred back to Ohio State Univ in December. He dropped his car off at the Dependable Auto Shippers terminal in Las Vegas on Dec 16th. My niece also dropped off a vehicle for delivery from Las Vegas to Ohio (same terminal) on that same date. Difference being I paid out of pocket to transport my son's car - my niece's company paid to transport her car.

My niece's car was delivered today (Dec 30th). At last review, my son's car was in CA. It is supposed to be put on a truck today and we should have it by Jan 5th (maybe). Sure they were less expensive - $685 vs. $950 - but you get what you pay for. Their customer service rep told me that since they "owned the trucks" that the service would be better.

Now I'm reading all these horror stories and wondering what shape my son's car will be in when I finally get it back.in the future, I would suggest anyone moving a car should contract with AAA Transport - it's quicker, safer, and their Customer Service Dept actually exists.
