Neil Everett Aka Who Knows? Scammed money out of me saying that I can purchase a vehicle through eBay off of craigslist, And Many Other Cities, California, Georgia

I went to buy a 2007 Toyota Yaris off of Craigslist and a guy offered it to me for 5,500 dollars through Ebay Motors buyers protection plan. Sending a fake eBay email I transferred money into an account in Spain. I then had to copy my transaction to an email or fax it to the above number which I soon realized after I sent the payment that the account fax number was in California. If you look up Neil Everett you will get the same information of what happened to me. I am pretty sure they are the same guy since the fax numbers are the same.
