Poor customer service, poor customer satisfaction

Hello,
i tried friday but i missed you and i just got off the phone with a person from your company and im unsatisfied with the work and order how this has come about.

I used the online system which was set up and it asked me all the specifics that was needed for my vehicle. So its not my fault that it doesn't fit.

So now im paying $35.00 for shipping and another special made charge for my bolt pattern for my 2000 ford expedition. For a total of $89.00

I've already paid $135.00 up front before i even got the product that doesn't fit.

So now thats $135.00 plus $89.70 totaling $228.70 no thanks!!!

So im shipping it back to your company. Jus charge me the 30% restocking fee and be done with it.

Total loss for me now is $205.00 for some online purchase that didn't work that price includes the shipping back to you $35.00.
