Given wrong information

While my insurance heart discovered me another insurance provider with cheaper prices, I had been informed I dont owe AIG something... Today they deliver me a notice saying i owe 87.99 after I named they explained I will spend within the telephone, they explained easily didnt spend by email on5-17-08 I'd be delivered to collections icant contact them to obtain an extension, I simply need additional time to email off cost since i dont wish to deliver it and my situation has already been in selections... Thanks
