Kip Killman's Tyson Ford
No title given

I purchased a used car on ebay from kip killman's ford in January '08. Be warned that he is deceptive. While he stayed within the letter of the law, his representation of the condition of the car and standing behind his statements was deceptive.
But, the main problem is that after 4 months he has still not produced a title for my vehicle. Chris, who handles all internet sales, and his associates said they lost it.in the mean time I had only a cardboard temp tag to run on for 30 days. They refuse to be cooperative by as least issueing continual temp tags to keep me legal. I have only had tags for two of the last several months bing forced to drive it without current tags.
My son was driving the car last night and had the car impounded because the police could not find any current registration in any state and assumed it to be stolen! Luckily, he's not in jail!
This situation should have been taken care of long ago and has placed us in a terrible situation.
Our repeated attempts to take care of the situation have not worked. It appears they are trying to avoid us at this point.
Please be wary of doing business with Chris.
I overheard other buyers complaining to Chris about the condition of their internet purchases the morning I was there so misrepresentation is not uncommon for this dealership.
