Sold us a lemon car. He knew of the problems the car had and cheated us. Refuses to correct problems. We have only had the car for less that 2 months

Two months ago I bought my daughter her first car from HOREB Motors car lot. The car has had numerous problems every week. The tires have gone flat, completely ripped up. The alternator belt was tearing. The transmission has went completely out. I spoke to Freddie the owner. He refuses to take any responsibility. He says everyone says they want to sue him.
