Wow now i know why people say what they do that work here! Irving

Well after working over at Holt Cat across the Freeway for 8 years I finally know why so many people left over here and went to work at RDO. For the last 3 years so many people have been leaving here and going to work over at RDO. To work in different departments and we are the largest and number one Cat Dealer in the world but this is became a sorry place to work with the piss poor management like Paul Chaffe, Greg Cauley, Patty Dooley, and Tony Spalding along with some other poor managers that took over a few years ago. The insurance is high and the bull sh*t is deep over here now. I left there and went to RDO they were already working on Cat equipment anyways and I Love it over here man this is the best place to work it is just like Holt Cat was before Tony Spalding And Patty Dooley Came in and messed it up. The insurance is great and the benefits are very good and the pay is even more than the 20.00 dollars it took 8 years to make over there at Holt Cat. I recommend everyone to work over here instead of Holt Cat, they family oriented and very understanding unlike Holt Cat has become they only focus on the bottom line and the almighty dollar. I remember in 2004 when they told us in the company wide meeting held in Irving for the North Texas area that John Deer would never catch up to Cat and RDO will never catch up or will never become a competitor against Holt Cat. Well thats times here and done past we are just as big and even better I think customers are tired of the ever changing management and bull shit Holt Cat comes up with and does. I am so glad that I came over here and have been here for a little while now and am rolling the 401 K over to here. Thanks for the good memories Holt Cat but RDO is just better and even more Holt Cat people keep coming over every month.
