I was ripoff by hotweels auto sale

In April 28, I bought (buy) a car CHEVROLET IMPALA 2001 from HOTWEELS Auto sale. The next day I went to change oil, the Tire Plus agent told me that he could not change the oil of my car because is linking badly.in addition, I ask what I should do in order to change the oil. He hooks up the car to computer and printing out a long list. I leave Tire Plus and drive right away to HOTWEELS.

I told him about the problem and he say is not nothing he can do them help me find a mechanist that can change the oil and the gaze cake which was listed on the list. He called he is mechanist to come and fixes the car, and I have to pay all the cost. His man came in change the oil and the top gaze cake of the engine. I took the car home the second I realize that the car still liking and now badly, the power sterling is making a noise.

I return the car to him and ask him what we going to do. Once again, he says he is not going to do anything than called the mechanist for me.By the way, the car engine stops every half mile. This Monday May 12 I return the car because the car is not running.in addition, I ask for my money, I pay 3500 for the car. He refuses. I left the car with him and I am looking for legal help to get my money back. He do me so wrong. I think he take advantage on me because I speak poor English. Please somebody help me.
