Body shop will not fix my auto, and my wheels turned up missing in there possession

This company has totally did me wrong. I dropped my car off to them, i had no insurance. I was in an accident. I paid 2500 deposit, and i had a balance of 5500. The owner Tony, told me 2 weeks. 10 weeks later, its still not done. He still claims 2 more weeks, and i dont believe that. Every friday i call this loser, and he lies to me, anything to get me off the phone. Not only this, he calls me to tell me that my 5000 rims that were on my truck were stolen. I dont believe they were stolen i believe he stole them. Here are my facts why.

1. Wheel locks
2. The truck was in his possession locked in the back of his shop
3. No signs of any break in
4. The cameras were screwed with and didnt work, and the cop says that didnt make sense they have a very expensive camera system. The cop told me that all the other cameras worked, but someone turned off the camera on my truck.

He still is playing me bad and my truck is not repaird 2 months later. He told me he had to get off the phone with me last saturday because he was backing his boat in the water, and that he couldnt talk. Hes on a boat at 3pm on a saturday, but yet i still dont have my truck?

This guy is a scumbag and may do you the same way. This is the truth, no lies, and id watch out.
