Citation fees I was charged

I hired an automobile from Alamo in October. Now, all a quick I keep obtaining costs placed on my cost card. When I contact, I'm informed they're for seats I received throughout the week I hired from Alamp... I never received any seats after I was hiring thier vehicle and not received any updates of tickets. When I call Alamo, they are able to not geive me any info and just state they settled seats for me personally... They are able to not direct me to some telephone number at thier quotation division... Nothing. This have been happening for weeks. I speculate each time I start my cost statement, what new costs Alamo ideas to stay me with.

Don't use alamothey're criminals!
