Moving across the Country is tough but having your work van transported is tougher - I had exhausted all options on how to get my husband's work truck from Pennsylvania to Arizona - So I went on line and searched - I had found a number of carriers - Reading Tri Star Carrier's testimonials, I felt comfortable enough - So I got in touch with Tiffany - She does the intake information and also takes your money-

Tiffany had quoted us at 1050.00 dollars - Seemed like a decent deal - We told her of the specs of the van and she said it would be no problem to transport - Here, Tiffany negelected to tell the drivers of a roof rack in which the drivers wanted more money, did not call us to tell us, and basically failed in doing her job - The van sat for weeks at the pick up location - When I had called her to find out what was going on either I got lame excuses as to why our van was still in Pa. Or she ignored her voice mails, I left many - Sent her Emails as well and I would assume that she just deleted them because I did not receive a response-

Then I spoke to Nixon - Nixon said to me that they had made a mistake and that the extra money that we had paid would be placed back into our account - Nixon said that he was a "Man of his word" and would call me back - A week went by - So I called back again - This time I spoke to Gino - I had asked to speak to Nixon and Gino said that Nixon was on vacation - Probably with the money he takes from the customers - Gino was ignorant and rude, talking to him was like beating a dead horse - It isn't about the money anymore - It's gone and in their pockets - But I can tell you that they are deceptive, their testimonials are false, they are liars, and Gino is a JOKE-

I was told that Tri Star would have to pay out of their own pocket for any extra expenses - This is false - When I talked to Gino again, he answered his phone pretending to be an answering machine and said, please leave a message, BEEP! Now what kind of business employs such assholes? Tri Star Carrier, that's who - So if you need your car or van transported for what ever reason, DO NOT USE TRI STAR-

Plus they never answer their phones during business hours or you get excuses - The money that was to be returned was only 150.00 dollars-

Not about that anymore - It's how they conducted business and it was done so poorly, I am warning you all now - Steer clear of this bad business!
