Union 76
Two different price rip-off

On 12/26 I entered a Union 76 in Portland Oregon. Attendant placed my gas and then charged my $2.06 a gallon. The posted price was $1.66 a gallon. When I questioned the difference - the attendant told me it was because of full serve (he pumped). I informed him that ALL gasoline in Oregon is pumped by attendants. We have no self-serve. He then pointed out a little sign that said "full serve" not "mini serve" there was no posting of price differences, nor an explaination about this. The attendant said "tough sh—" and invited me to come back and see the manager or sue. This is fraud, no posting of the "true" prices. The attendant even said that" the station rips people off all the time with this scheme". I hate being taken advantage of, and hope you will think about this next time you get gas.
