Union 76 - North County Car - Union 76 Rude behavior toward possible custome

While calling around to check fuel prices, before leaving the house to fuel up, I called the North County Carwash Union 76 Station. A man, who later identifying himself as the owner, Mark, told me Drive by and check them out myself! Then he hung up.

I called back because I did not believe that I had heard him correctly because of his heavy accent. He repeated the same words, only a little slower. When I asked to speak to the owner or manager he said Unfortunately, you are speaking to him.

He was so right! It is unfortunate for him as he has lost me as a customer for life and can bet that I will tell at least 10 friends, report this behavior to conoco, the parent company of 76 and post this incident every where I can.
