Mark Concella False advertising

I called Peoples Energy Group to inquire about their discount fuel program. They guy who answered identified himself as Mark
Concilla, the owner of the company. He said he offers discount fuel through Superior Plus Energy Services in Gansvoort New York, and discount trash removal through County Waste in Clifton Park New York. I would have to pay a $35,00 membership fee. I called Superior and got a different rate per gallon than what Concilla told me. I called County Waste and they told me there was a discount for a local fuel Co-op, but there was NO discount for Peoples Energy Group members. I Googled Mark Concilla and see he has a history of lying for personal gain.
