He is not good painter he wins awards for cars that somebody else painted. He dumps paint and other hazardous materials behind his shop. He will cheat and lie about everything you ask him. He doesnt even really know whats going on cause hes a drunk/druggie.
His paint jobs look like crap and cost 10,00 plus dollars and he'll overcharge your time an at 65 plus an hour thats pretty spendy. He hacks your car all up strips the paint and thats how he hooks ya.
He'll say o ya that panel is rusty ill have to remove that when in fact its just fine. Hes just a loser at any angle and i wouldnt let him touch a bicycle for all im concerned. For god sakes he even lies about his name its not don its victor.
