Are CRIMINALS and steal money from the warranty company!

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with! I have had dealings both personal and professional with this company over the past 6 years and have always felt uneasy with the way they do business. Today just tips the scales right into despising them.

Not only do they screw you over when you try to purchase a car, they also get you in the warranty department and especially in the service department.

Today we took our vehicle, that has a valid extended warranty, and were told that the service we need would not be covered, with no explanation. I took the car home, withOUT having any work done and called the warranty company directly.

I was told by them that they had just approved payment for the warranty work they provided me today! I told the warranty representative that we did NOT have any work done. He again questioned me (as if I wouldn't know that I didn't have work done on my car). So I told him yet again that I DID NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY WORK OR ANY WORK WHAT-SO-EVER DONE TO MY CAR! He was a little confused, so I said that at least I don't feel alone now with being screwed over by Tempe Mitsubishi.

The warranty company may want to verify that Tempe Mistsubishi hasn't been doing this over and over again.

I know that their car sales are down and they have a bad service reputation, so pehaps this is their way of collecting money to stay in business.

They are thieves and con artists.
