Constant Telephone Harrassment

I bought a used vehicle in January and am more than half-way through my loan to date. I am current on my payments; however, I do pay 1-2 weeks late and pay my late fees, by the way, when that happens. Triad Financial calls me every day (including Sunday!) from my payment due date until about a week after payment is posted. When I say they call me every day, let me clarify. They call my home phone, my cell phone, and at my prior job, my work phone. They call all numbers every two hours all day until after 8 pm CST. They begin their calls at 8 am CST every day. I don't answer the phone anymore. It doesn't accomplish anything, when I have either sent payment and/or they have not posted it yet.

I understand when a person has a credit disaster happen, they are subject to higher interest rates until things are improved; however, 20 percent interest is enough punishment without the constant harrassment, not to mention embarrassment, of dealing with Trial Financial.

If there is a class action suit in the works, Thank God! Sign me up and fast!
