Worst company to get a loan from

I want to report this company simply because i got a car loan from them and i had my car since jan 28th. I paid my my february and march payments on time. Our march payment my husband and i went half on the payment. My husband used his credit card and i used my bank account. What happen was my payment was returned because my electric auto pay hit my account before the car payment by accident. I went out of town and didnt realize that the payment was returned until i got home. I also had alot of voice mails for westlake about my partial payment now which was now 21 days late because it was returned
these rejects picked my car up for $188. This is totally unfair. I have never, nor any of my friends or relatives have heard of such trash. $188,21 days late, partial payment late. To make a long story short the bottom line is they were unable to contact me so the car was picked up. I paid $2000 down, and $387 per month. This was a total rip off. These people take paranoid to another level! I am going to fight this they have to now they are messing up peoples lives by doing things like this. I recently been recruited to a very very big company, and i do not know how i am going to be getting to work and getting my child to school, and daycare. This sucks, i may even lose my job. I am sure if this one of them i am sure that they would be upset too. They know personally that i was done dirty. This is not over. I am looking for a lawyer.
