I purchased an extended warranty contact with continental, on apr, 05 2008. I received the contact in the mail, and had my brother to go over it. I deceided that this was not a good fit for me.
I called continental on apr. 23 requesting to cancel the contact, which has a 30 review with a full refund. I was given a email of cancel@continentalwarranty.com to send the request in writing. I was told it would be 8-12 weeks before i recive this refund. The money was pulled from my account within 2 day to make the downpayment.
I could not believe this. I spoke with a mgr lisa, who was so rude, and nasty that it was unreal. Where is the customer svc. I suggest they revamp there refund process this is unfair to the buyer.
