My wife purchased a 2007 Reno under the "no payment now, no payment in a month, no payment ever" program. The salesman, Joe Friday (Cliff?) was repeatedly asked how the program worked and how they could do something like they advertised. He deflected and deferred all thes questions to Scott, the Finance Manger.

Scott was questioned about every facet of the program. He was asked how could the dealership give a no payment program: 1. He said the maufacturer was giving the dealership special incentives. 2. He said because this was a new dealership they were desperate for used cars. When the contract was written up there were several red flags, i.E., $1,500.00 for Extended Warranty Service. Scott said "Don't worry about that, you are never going to make any payments anyway. Then there was the Kansas City Market Adjustment. Scott said, don't worry you are never going to make any payments anyway and you are going to drive a new car every year.

To make a long story short my wife ended up financing $24,000.00 for a car that cost the dealership less than $9,000.00. She was told that the dealership would not let her get upside in the car she purchased, yet when she took the car back she found out she was $9,000.00 dollars upside down. If she would have taken another car she would have been $18,000.00 upside down in another year. This dealership was never interested in making a fair profit. They wanted to bleed every drop out of their customer. Scott lied and cheated my wife and now we are out over $27,000.00. Buyer beware of this dealership.
