Failure to produce title and car after recieving my payment

I was bidding on a vehicle on ebay.com, which sounded like a miracle.

On the auction i did not meet the reserve limit price. I then proceeded to contact the seller and he replied with his contact number. I called him and we made arrangements over the phone. After an agreement and a agreeable price, I sent them a payment for over $2k.

It is going on 2 weeks now and i have not recieved the tittle or the vehicle as he promissed that he could deliver. Numerous phone calls from different phone numbers have been placed and still no possitive results, and when Troy does answer my calls, all i recieve is lies, and lies, and stories.

I am not a Rich person that can donate my money to a selfish lost cause, I am also disabled with many complications that interfere with my daily living. And I was hoping to have adequete transportation to transport myself and my children to and from locations plus in addition to all this one of my children is very ILL and needs to make frequent trips to the hospital and doctors office.

I beg of everyone who reads this report to never make any purchase to this rip off organization. And most of all, I would like to thank Troy for complicating my already havoc life.
