Rebate receipt lost, then no help

I bought an oil-change (using the presumption that I'd obtain a $10 discount). After I submitted the refund using the revenue receipt they published back and stated they did not get my income delivery. The refund form believed to create a backup of the refund form, that we did - although not the bill - however the ripped refund form had a samll part of my bill ripped on it (the bar-code and #) because it was affixed to it. But which wasnot adequate for them. I named my Niles, OH shop plus they stated they might not provide me a duplicate of my bill both. And so I overpaid (these were not inexpensive) for an oil-change that I'd have gone elsewhere for after obtaining their cost. THEREFORE TODAY I get messages from their store for revenue (ya right) and also have created 2 various locations and created a telephone call to obtain off their subscriber list - but am still obtaining their email - IS NOT their a regulation from this??
