Tricked a 65 year old senoir citizen

My mother sumitted a application on the internet to get a car, to make sure that i would qualitify and lady named mary called her right back and said congradusation you have been qualified come on up and pick out your car so she mad an appointment for 5:45pm on 4/19 with mgr dan she was that sure that we got the car so we got a taxi paid $60.00 to get there (had to borrow the money) we get there at 3:45pm and bruce the saleman took the information in 2hours came back and said we can not help you dan the mgr never came over i told them that mary said we were approved they did not know anything about it and did not know were mary was i said we came from sebring florida they said we can get you a ride home like they had done this before we waited unitil 7:30pm when they took us home no drink food, and my mother is a diabetic she went up 3times and told the receiptist she said she working on it. That is no way to treat anyone and i saw them giving drinks to other people but not us. Now im out $60.00 and no car and treated like crap from this business, and got home at 9pm
