Rip-off Unacceptable Service slow processing

I bought a 2002 Kia Optima and the check engine light came on and now the car won't start. It seems to me that it is just a fuel pump problem.

It was towed to Galeana Kia service dept. And they told me they could not even get to it until next week. They also told me that they could not give me a loaner or a rental car. The Kia customer service rep. Told me that there was nothing they could do about it. This is totally unacceptable.

Galeana Kia is a 5-Star dealership and they expect me to go more than a week without transportation. One of the reasons I ought the Optima was because of the reliability claims made by the salesperson. Now I am without a car but stuck with a car payment.

If I had it to do over again I would not buy a Kia.
