At this time i'm stilled imployed at roger henson trucking. You know i have heared lot of stories about them but till now, i did'nt know how right theses stories were.
I came in off of my run and picked up my check and to my surprise it was half shorted. All kind of charges had been taken out on me inclucding some that i know will not set well a attorney or hour and wages of tn.

They make it real hard for you keep with your time of delivery's, sometime they leave the delivery address off of the paperwork and you have to run around looking for it hours. They do not allow for delivery time of bad weather and such.

They push you to make the delivery's weather you get any sleep or not.

I'm not a owner operator or leasing a truck from them. I just drive for them. When my truck broke down it it had to be jumped started by a company they sent to me.
In my pay check they charge me the fee jump start fee of $145.00 dollars. Real generous of them paid for $13.90 oil.
They have allso charged me $100.00 for out of route miles.

They have allso charge me $75.00 dollar excessive idling fee for which i have never been idling for 15 straiht hours any where scince i have been with them.
To make matters worst they took a 1cent a mile from me on my check for being a little late. I;m one of the ones that are usally on timt even when i have to deal with bad weather.

One time i took the truck home in this check they charged mea $100.00 fine for it.
They told me not to do it again and i have not but tey fined me in this check for it.

I have now looked at the manaul real good.
They shoud be charged thje $10,000 fine for every drive that works there. They don'nt won'nt us to get any sleep or time off.

They knoew when they hired me i have a heart problem and take precription medicen. Which i'm not sopposed to sleep in asscessive heat or cool. But when my truck broke down that is what i had do.
There is so much more.

I do not reccomend anyone to work for this company and as soon as i get called to another one i'm gone.
I'm aking anyone out there that has had problems with these people please post it here and everywhere you can. Help us all to put a stop to cheaing and ripping off good hard honest hard, working truck drivers and their familys.
