Did not order id theft and was charged $31.83 want back in account

I was trying to get a loan. I started an application and it ask me if i wanted id theft protection, thats all, did not qoute me any price it was apart of the application which i did not complete are get a loan but was charge this enormous amount taken from my checking account without me knowing. I keep getting told to go to diferent website which my computer states it can not come up. I need my money put back in my account.
