IversonFord, sold me an '02' explorer, did not honor their vehichle

I baught a 02 ford exploer XLT in dec 05. I bought an extended warrenty up to 75,000 miles. Mind you that it had 32,000 miles then. I brought it in starting jan of 06.. And so on and so on... And so on... I basically bought my warrenty over again by deductables of 100$ a pop. This truck has gone in over 10 times in two years. All stupid things that could have been taken care of if the truck was PROPERLY looked over. They continue to say the truck is fine. Minor repairs then right back in for another. Then DEC OF 07, I go in for yet another issue and they tell me my warrenty ended in Nov of 07.. I said who gives a 23 month warrenty??? All of this because their facts were messed up. I pull out my contract and then they say OH YA. But now it's Jan 24th of 08.. What do you know. I'm sorry miss you were right but your warrenty expired on Jan 22 of 08... Holy Crap. My 17,000$ truck is now worth 7,180$ (trade in value) and Ive spent a total of 19,500$, without general maintnance added. Not to mention they know they messed up but their manager wont do anything. And what do you know who quit two days after i signed my caontract,? Well the man who agreed and MADE my contract. Their secret is Ford will NOT warrenty ANY of their vehicles after 6 yrs, null and void your contract. Not to mention they said my contract was unusual, even though i had the same kind on my previous taurus??? Gee I wonder, Bob Morans is the worst... To me, on sticking by their customers. The only Man i would say is wonderful is the sales rep, Tom Downing. He has tried his best for me, but how much can a sales man do!!!
