DEFRAUDED Us Out Of Two Years Of Extended Warranty Heritage Ford and Ford Motor Company are dishonest and ingenuous in respect to their extended warranty policies

By checking the wrong box at the top of the form, and typing in the correct date of expiration on the body of the warranty form, Heritage Ford defrauded us out of two years of extended warranty duly purchased and paid for. Claim the date entered was in error, and the check box IS NOT explained properly. They refuse to make this right, even tho it would cost them nothing. The manager brandon fox is one of the most miserable people to deal with I could ever imagine.

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this dealer at all costs. Go ANYWHERE else to purchase a Ford, these people will do everything in their power to take all of your money.
