Who: Big Brother Moving L.L.C. Where: Oklahoma CityWhen: Saturday March 1 @ 3:30pmWhat: Move Sony 65” LCD projection by truck from Midwest City to Oklahoma City (about 30 miles of driving) Result: TV is overturned and dropped on the truck floor. TV screen is totally broken off and TV is seriously in damage. Solution: Big Brother Moving is denied to replace the TV by customer request. Comment: On their website, they posted “We are licensed, bonded and insured for your protection”. Wrong! They are NOT customer protected at all. Their customer service is extremely terrible, and you only know this factafter the accident occurred. They can move your precious items BUT they do not protect them good. Suggestion: For your own protection, stay away from Big Brother Moving L.L.C. Research and find a more reliable and professional moving company. There should be some good moving company out there somewhere. Evident: If you need a prove, give me your email address and I can send you many pictures I took just right after they broke my TV.
