Selling me a car with a different price as qouted

I was sold a car the price i was given was 7995.00, iwas given blank sales forms to sign, that when i come back the car would be ready, i picked the car the next day the car broke down on the high way. I had to wait 3 hours before the tow truck arrived, they gave me loaner to use for 2 weeks.

The next was it rained there the car was leaking my shoes everything was wet, i went back they fixed it, there was no time display when i picked the car, they promise to fix it for free, next time i called to ask when i should bring it fix it they told me i have to pay, i wen to another dealership, that when i found out the odometer the wrot e was false the car had 109000 on it already and i owe 20.000 dollars on this car how can i go from 7995 to 20.000. Please i need help.
