Drivetime, I had to return a vehicle which was purchased two weeks ago after putting $3500. Towards the vehicle. I was told that I would receive the refund of my down payment when I returned the vehicle... Then I was told 5 to 7 business days

Drivetime is a piece of s*t. The managers of the Chandler Az location not only took back a vehicle that I purchased one week after I owned the vehicle but has yet to refund my $3500. Down payment. The reason it was returned was because "the loan was never approved". Then why did they take my money... Let me take the car for over a week... And now after the "5 to 7" business days to receive my refund... Nothing. I have no car, no money, and no one can answer my questions...

I have been told more than once that someone would call me to answer my questions... Nothing, never! If it was $20 it would not be such a big deal, but $3500. Come on. I sold my previous car when I purcheased the new one, so let me say this again... No car and no money. Rip off!!
